Business-operations skills draft or check operational documents: bids, visit proposals, process checklists, customer-prep briefs. They are valuable when they compare a draft to a source document you supply. They are dangerous when you let the draft go out because the agent said it was consistent.
A bid checker should point at missing sections you can see in the tender, not at a vibe. A visit proposal should separate facts you provided from sentences it composed. If you cannot highlight that split in the output, do not send the file. You sign the bid. The skill does not. When not to install uses this shelf as the example of an irreversible send.
These cards often want web research on a company. That research is only as good as the pages the agent actually opened. Ask for the URL next to any claim you might repeat to a client. A polished paragraph with no URL is not prep. It is fan fiction about the account.
Permissions pile up here: CRM exports, inboxes, shared drives. Give the skill the one brief it needs, not the export of the year. A high score is common on this shelf because the listings cap the score. Downloads will not tell you the prompt understands your industry. Run it on a retired bid you already know the outcome of.
If the job is the prose rather than the operational check, content creation is the better category. If the job is a contract clause, professional and legal-oriented cards are the neighboring shelf, and they are not your counsel.
Save the checklist the skill returned next to the tender, and mark which items you confirmed by eye. Send nothing that is still unmarked. The unmarked line is the one that will be wrong in the meeting, because nobody opened it.
